Our company with the company’s rapid grow business, invite enthusiastic and motivated professional to apply for:

HR MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement appropriate HR strategies, policies, systems and practices which support high standards and professionalism, and which are aligned both with local employment legislation and with the values of the corporation
• Manage manpower planning and optimisation
• Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process
• Implement compensation/incentive programs and benefit plans which are competitive and effective in motivating and retaining high performers
• Deploy effective processes for succession planning, performance management and career development which ensures that talent within the organization is fully developed
• Coordinate and conduct training and career development programs.
• Manage employee relations and staff welfare issues 
• Manage dealings with government, labour relations and other agencies
• Provide guidance to management on all human relations matters
• Maintain quality relationships and communications with all stakeholders, both internal and external
• Monthly HR reporting

Requirements:

• Degree with Degree-graduate qualifications in HR/ Psychology/ Law
• Thorough knowledge of Indonesian Employment & Industrial law and tax practices
• Min 5 years relevant experience
• Good track record as a people developer and managing employee and industrial relations
• Experience in formulating and implementing HR policies and systems
• Hands-on with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills 
• Sensitivity to the handling of confidential information
• Proficient in using MS Office applications
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
