HR Manager
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Law from reputable university; S2 Degree would be and advantage.
- Excellent knowledge in HR Procedures & Processes, Performance Appraisal, Indonesia Labor Laws & Regulation, Including Recruitment, Counseling & General Affairs.
- Have a minimum 2 years experience working in HR department.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong Leadership Qualities, Self-starter with excellent Interpersonal Skills.
- Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, initiative and independent.
- Able to work under pressure, fast learner, hard worker, excellent in communications & interpersonal skills, independent and be multi - tasking.
