SENIOR CONSULTANT OF HUMAN RESOURCES

(North Sumatera - Palembang)

Responsibilities:

• Handling manpower planning according to client's needs.
• Executing effective HR program including recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, staff relation and performance management
• Maintain and bridge the communication link between employees and client’s organization.
• Representing the Company’s Head Office in Jakarta for operational of Branch Office in Medan

Requirements:

• Male
• Age Maximum 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills and Leadership
• Good decision maker and management skills
• Required skill(s): Recruitment, Development, Industrial Relation.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have excellent communication, good appearance and ability to work in a team and individually
• Dynamic, honest, responsible, and willingness to work under pressure, long hours, and on weekends
• Preferably having background as Coordinator/Supervisor specializing in Human Resources.
• Fluent in English.
• Good knowledge in Computer Applications such as Ms Windows, Ms Office, etc
• Residence in Palembang / Sumatera Selatan
• Willing to travel.
