For Position:
Senior Crewing Executive
Requirements:
- S-1 psychology or law preferable have experience 3 years in managerial
- Familiar with seaman employment contract
- Effective communication skill in English both oral and written
- Male 30-35 years old
- Capable of negotiating and communicating
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategy & HR policies for crews on floating crane
- Develop work plan and budget HR crews
- Coordinate and control implementation HR crews policies
- Planning for manpower crews
- Develop performance management systems for crews
- Coordinate and control the implmenetation training for crews
