SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
(Based in Batam)
Requirements:
- Possess a recognized S1 in Psychology / Law / Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of HR
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to relate to employees at all levels
- Independent with high level of integrity
- Good understanding of Indonesia labor law and regulation
- Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience in handling payroll, insurance and general admin duties
- Willing to work in a fabrication/construction environment
- Interview will be conducted in Batam
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR and Admin activities such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee services and industrial relations
- Handle industrial relations matters and liaise with government bodies to ensure our policies and practices are in compliance with Indonesia labour law
- Monthly payroll processing and reports submission to RHQ
