For Position:
HR / GA Supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with major in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field from international oil and gas companies.
- Has experience in the Supervisory level.
- Has good network with BPMIGAS.
- Able to do analysis on the salary survey result.
Responsibilities:
- HR monitoring on specific issues, such as performance review process, etc.
- Involve in the Expatriate's Formalities matters, such as doing monitoring of expiry validity of all permits.
- Supervise of the office's requirements.
- To liaise with BPMIGAS on require issue.
- Do salary survey and also the analysis.
