For Position:

Senior HR Specialist 

Requirements:

• Male or female, below 35 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in a related discipline
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good understanding of Banking Knowledge will be an advantage.
• Required skill(s): Performance Analysis, Performance Development. 

Responsibilities:

• Creating and developing Performance Management System
• Conduct Performance Management System implementation
• Design the KPIs and some key success criteria
• Facilitate IDP (Individual Development Plan) into annual development program
• Establish & monitoring HR procedures
