PERSONNEL / INDUSTRIAL RELATIONSHIP OFFICER

Qualification:

• Male, max. 35 years old
• Min. Strata 1 / Bachelor Degree any discipline
• Experience min 3 years
• Good Communication ( Written & Oral ) and Networking with other company
• Understanding of UU No. 13 tahun 2009 ( Employment Regulation)
• Have Capability to recruitment, selection, and placement
• High Integrity and able to work independently (Have ability to manage employee more and less (-/+) 1200 person)
• Proficiency in Linux applications
• Good Healthy (Preferably no smoking)
• Willing to travel
