SENIOR HR PLANT MANAGER

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION: Manage HR, General & factory affairs in Plant Implementing of company policies and procedures, Maintain good relationship with third party and or related government bodies, Maintain good relationship with all level of employees, Maintain both of company assets and employees facilities in the best standard Build regulations & policies in Plant (agent of changes) Requirement: Male, age: 40-45 years old Min Bachelor of Business Administration / Labor / psychology Min 10 years HR and general & factory affairs experience, above 5 years managing experience Strong in Industrial Relations area Possesses good English, and Mandarin is a plus Qualified Candidates should apply in confidence to fmcg@monroeconsulting.co.id or via this site.
